Depending on who you ask, the African Rap King is a whole debate hence it becomes truly respectful when one of these aspiring Rap Kings drops his crown for the other.

Not long ago, M.I Abaga, one of the best rappers on the continent sparked controversy with his lyrics in Martell Cypher 2.

He acknowledged in the song that, only two Ghanaian rappers and three South African rappers can stand up to him on their best days.

The lyrics received varying comments and aroused several arguments on social media especially on Twitter, some agreed and some disagreed with the Nigerian rapper.

Many believe that the Cypher was partly targeted at other African rappers like Sarkodie, M.anifest, A.K.A, Nasty C, Khaligraph Jones, and Cassper Nyovest.

It’s in the wake of this speculations that a screenshot has emerged capturing M.I Abaga blatantly bowing to King Sarkodie. M.I revealed that he would proudly come second to Sarkodie relishing him as the King.
